PocIRC is a new project to produce a full-featured but lightweight Internet Relay Chat client for Windows Mobile.
The idea is that PocIRC should always be connected to IRC, even when your mobile device is in your pocket. When someone sends you a private message or mentions your nick in a channel, PocIRC will alert you in the same way you're alerted when you receive an SMS.
